I want to return the ordered goods, what should I do?
You can return purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of its delivery. It is enough to inform us on the telephone number +420483369144 or on the e-mail customerservice@artglass.cz (ideally using the sample form for withdrawing from the purchase contract) and send us the purchased goods back to the address: ARTGLASS, s.r.o., Smetanova 1659/42, 46601 Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic.
To which countries is it possible to send the ordered goods?
Now, we send goods in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, France, Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Austria and Slovakia via the e-shop. Shipping is free when ordering over 5000 CZK. If you need to send the lighting fixtures to other countries, contact us directly at customerservice@artglass.cz and we will arrange transportation to desired country.
What payment methods can be used to pay for the order?
The order can be paid in cash at the office in Jablonec nad Nisou, paid by cash on delivery, by bank transfer or online payment by card. More information can be found here.
